What should I know about our family photo shoot?

Sessions can either be done in my Flinders Park studio or at a local outdoor location, which we can discuss during your consultation. It usually takes between ½ to 1 hour for a family photoshoot session.

Who can we include in our session?

Family sessions are designed to include your immediate family unit. Additional family members need to be discussed during your consultation about your shoot, unannounced family members may not be included in photos on the day.

What should we wear?

I advise everyone having photos to wear colours that coordinate well together and avoid large, bold patterns, colours or logos. Whites, blues and neutral colours always look great in photos, or colours that pick up on the tones of the environment you’re having your photos in. Think light sand, whites and blues for a beach session or tans, greens and creams in a park location. Check out Pinterest for clothing inspiration and ideas.

What happens after our photoshoot?

Allow up to three weeks to sort, prepare and lightly edit your images for viewing. I'll then contact you to arrange a time to view your proofs and make your selections. Payment for your package is due at your ordering appointment, so please bring all decision makers to your viewing session. I’ll then do a final edit of your chosen images, order prints, frames, etc. and will contact you when your package is ready to collect!
